How To Use Ripple's Admin Portal
This article will go through how navigate the Ripple Admin Portal. An administrator account is required in order to access this information.

Log into your Administrative account in the Ripple portal. If you need assistance with the URL please contact your account manager or our support team.
How To View Extensions
On the top hand side of the screen go to the "Accounts" tab and click on "Extensions".
This page will showcase the number of extensions along with the user it belongs to in the "Description" field.
How To View Phone Numbers
On the top hand side of the screen go to the "Dialplan" tab and click on "Destinations".
This page will showcase the phone numbers on the account along with what extension and user it belongs to in the "Description" field.
How To View Ring Groups
On the top hand side of the screen go to the "Apps" tab and click on "Ring Groups".
This page will showcase the Ring Groups along with the Extension for that group.
How To View Call Queues
On the top hand side of the screen go to the "Apps" tab and click on "Queues".
This page will showcase the Call Queues.
How To View IVRs
On the top hand side of the screen go to the "Apps" tab and click on "IVR Menus".
This page will showcase the IVRs.
