Making a Rebuttal
An administrator account is needed in order to make this change. If you are not an administrator in OneLink please reach out to your manager or OneLink administrator. Always check with your OneLink Administrator before making changes to the OneLink account.
Go to "Utilities"
Click on "Company Setup"
Click on "Lead System Setup"
Click on "Edit Rebuttal Scripts"
Click on the "+" icon
Here you can make the rebuttal, to make the rebuttal active for users click on the "Active" checkbox. When finished click on "Submit" on the bottom right to save.
Rebuttals that have the check box of "Active" checked are all assessable for call campaigns.
