Using Password Recovery on WebMail
This article will go through how to use password recovery on WebMail. If you are unable to change your password please contact your company for a password reset.
*There are two ways to use password recovery depending on how it was set up. Either the new password will show in the browser or it will send it via your alternative email. This article will go thought both ways.
Click on "Forgotten your password?" on the bottom left hand side
Enter your email address and click "View"
Answer the security questions and click "Submit"
Option 1: The system will show your new password in the browser
*If your account is set up to use option 2, please see the instructions below
*Be sure to copy and save the new password in order to be able to change your password once you log in.
Click "Try Again" to go back to the log in page and log in using your new password
Option 2: The system will send your password to your alternative email address
*Be sure to copy and save the new password in order to be able to change your password once you log in.
Click "Try Again" to go back to the log in page. Check your alternative email address for the new password and log in using your new password
Resetting your password after gaining access to your account
Click on the "Options" tab on the top right
Click on the "Login" tab on the left hand side
Enter your recently recovered password and your desired new password
Click the "Save" button on the bottom of the page
