Importing Client and Policy
An administrator account is needed in order to make this change. If you are not an administrator in OneLink please reach out to your manager or OneLink administrator. Always check with your OneLink Administrator before making changes to the OneLink account.
Please note the name of the import may differ depending on how your company is set up.
Where to Import:
- Go to the "Utilities" Tab and click on "Company Setup"
- Click on "Data Import/Export
- Click on "Import Client & Policy"
What Can I import?
The Data Import section takes .CSV files
Below are the required fields for this import

How do I import?
After making your .CSV file click on the "Import Client and Policy" button mentioned at the top of this article
- Click on "Choose File" and select your .CSV file
- Click on "Upload"
Here you can review your data before clicking "Import Data"
This page will show after importing
It will show you how many customers/policy's have been imported/ updated
Click "Next Step"
Click "Begin Auto Process" to process the newly imported policy's
This page will show how many policy's have been processed successfully and will show how many have errors
If everything has processed successfully you are all set
If you have a few policy's with errors click on "Policy to Process Manager"
