How do I create a group chat?

How to create a group chat:

1. Click on the chat bubble icon in the top right hand in your OneLink.
2. Click the group chats tab.
3. Click “add new group chat” text button.
4. enter group chat name.
5. Click add.

6. in search associate add associate IDs to add other agents to the chat.
7. Click the update button.
