Importing leads
There are three ways to import leads into OneLink, this article will explore all three options. A lead can be added manually, by importing a .CSV file, and by using lead delivery using an API. Please note, user permissions can affect the ability to import leads.
Adding a lead manually
Adding a lead manually is done inside of OneLink. This is best for adding one to a few leads. This is done one lead at a time.
Click on "Leads"
Click on "Add Lead"
Here you can add the lead information
Click "Add Lead"
Importing a .CSV File

An administrator account is needed in order to import data. If you are not an administrator in OneLink please reach out to your manager or OneLink administrator. Always check with your OneLink Administrator before making changes to the OneLink account.
Importing a .csv file is done inside of OneLink. This is a good option for importing many leads at once. It is very important to have the headers spelled correctly before importing and to stay within the character limit for each field.

Click on "Leads"
Click on "Import Leads"
Click on "Choose File"
Select your .csv file
Click on "Upload"
This will take you to a data preview page, click on "Import Data"
If the csv file was set up properly it will display a success screen when finished
API Lead Delivery
An administrator account is needed in order to set up API lead delivery. If you are not an administrator in OneLink please reach out to your manager or OneLink administrator. Always check with your OneLink Administrator before making changes to the OneLink account.
Companies can contact lead vendors to set up lead delivery API

Ensure to provide the vendor with the following:
API Key :
To generate a key go to the “Utilities” Tab
Click on “Company Set Up” - Click on “Integration” - Click on the ‘’+” icon next to “API Keys”
Name the Key and click “Generate Key” (This is the key you need to provide the vendor)
Click “Update” to save
Lead_Type_ID:
The Lead Type ID can be located by navigating to:
Utilities -> Company Settings -> Lead System Setup -> Edit Lead Types
The Lead Type ID is located on the left hand side underneath the ID column.

The Lead Source can be located by navigating to:
Utilities -> Company Settings -> Lead System Setup -> Edit Lead Sources
The Source is entered in plain text, ensure that it is spelled exactly as it is in your OneLink. Otherwise it will not map properly.
After sending the posting instructions and the information above, talk to your lead vendor about sending test leads to the system and verify if you can see them using lead manager.
